Earth day is tomorrow! There are sites online filled with Earth Day activities. Many towns around the country are collecting hazardous waste (Greenwood High School in Bowling Green), handing out trees at locations – usually little twigs with roots that can be planted.

– Planting a garden is always a good activity that is rewarding! Kids get to see the results for weeks after and then eat the ‘fruits of their labor’.

For us it’s definitely a day to get away from the computer and go outside and play. By the way: Don’t forget sunblock!
